duckduckatsea Christmas Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

duckduckatsea, duckduckatsea\n4000 SW 137th Court\nMiami, FL 33175\nUnited States. The Sponsor is an independent business and is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by or sponsored by Royal Caribbean or any cruise line.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

Begins [start date and time, with time zone] and ends Wednesday 3 December 2026 at [time, with time zone] (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

(a) With a duck. Obtain a numbered duck for $4.99 plus shipping. Each duck bears a unique number from 1000 to 1999; that number is one (1) entry.

(b) Free method of entry — online. Enter without purchasing anything at duckduckatsea.com/christmas/free-entry, supplying your full name, complete street address, email address and, optionally, a mobile number. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Each valid free entry receives one (1) number from the same pool and has the same chance of winning as an entry obtained with a duck.

(c) Free method of entry — by post. Alternatively, hand print your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address and date of birth on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with first-class postage to: duckduckatsea\n4000 SW 137th Court\nMiami, FL 33175\nUnited States. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [date] and received by [date]. Limit one (1) request per outer envelope and [one (1)] entry per person per day by this method. Mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete entries are void. Each valid free entry receives one (1) number from the same pool and has the same chance of winning as an entry obtained with a duck.

5. Odds

One (1) number will be drawn from a pool of 1,000 numbers. Odds of winning are 1 in 1,000, and are identical for entries obtained with a duck and entries obtained by the free method.

6. Drawing

On Wednesday 3 December 2026 (2026-12-03), one (1) winning number will be selected at random from among all validly issued numbers by [describe the method and who conducts it]. The drawing is final and binding. The winning number will be published at duckduckatsea.com/christmas.

7. Prize

One (1) grand prize: a Saturday to Monday sailing aboard Wonder of the Seas for two guests, one stateroom, on a sailing date selected by Sponsor and subject to availability. Approximate retail value: [ARV in U.S. dollars]. The prize does not include travel to and from the port, gratuities, port fees and taxes where not stated, shore excursions, onboard purchases, travel documents, passports, visas, insurance, or any other expense not expressly listed. The winner and guest are responsible for all such costs and must hold valid travel documents. The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Cruise line terms and conditions of carriage apply. Total ARV of all prizes: [amount].

8. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by [email and/or telephone] within [number] days of the drawing using the contact details supplied at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within [number] days, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return any required affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) publicity release within [number] days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize’s approximate retail value.

10. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it and to award the prize from among eligible entries received up to that point.

11. Privacy

Information submitted is used to administer this sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with our privacy policy.
