Privacy policy
What we collect
If you log a duck we store the duck number, ship, location on board and next port you type in. If you register an agency we store the details you submit on that form. We also record your IP address with each submission to stop abuse.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site. We do not sell or rent what we hold to anyone.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to count visits and understand which pages people use. These set cookies in your browser. When you submit the advertising registration form, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address, and your phone number if you gave one, is shared with Meta and Google so that the enquiry can be attributed to the ad you came from. The hashing happens in your browser — we never send your address in readable form to either company, and neither can recover it. You can block all of this with any standard ad or tracking blocker and the site will work normally.
Registering an agency triggers one confirmation email to the address you gave. We will reply to it about your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Advertising
Travel agencies listed on this site are independent businesses. Any discount or offer is theirs to honour, and any booking you make is with them, not with us.
Getting your data removed
Email [email protected] and say what you want deleted. We will remove it and confirm.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below.
